Yoga has many ways of channelizing our turbulent mind. One of them is through the simple practice of chanting. In the Sivananda Open Class, we chant a few shlokas and mantras from the scriptures – invocations that harmonize our energy. 
We bring you a course, to not only help understand the meaning of the chants, but also have a chance to learn them for yourself.

We will also learn the meaning and pronunciation of the popular food prayer chanted at the Sivananda programmes before the meals.
