Refund and Cancellation Policy

In the event you wish to cancel your spot on any program conducted by SYCG, you will be entitled to a refund (on a pro rata basis and after deduction of any necessary administrative expenses incurred) provided you apply to cancel your spot within the time frame provided for in the program you have enrolled in. This will apply to part or full payment made by you. 

In case you decide to drop out of any course while it is being conducted, you will be entitled to a refund (on a pro ratabasis and after deduction of any necessary administrative or other expenses incurred) provided the reasons for dropping out are genuine and leave you with no option but to exit the course prior to completion. 
All requests for refund will be subject to the discretion of SYCG/Course directors.

If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the same credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateways, refund will be made to the same account.

This Privacy Policy describes the nature of information of personal nature collected by SYCG and the method/time of collection. This Policy also tells you what we do with this information and relevant disclosures. 

 

Personal data is colected if:

 

• You provide us feedback or contact us for support in which case we will collect your name and e-mail address in order to reply.

 

• You enrol into one of our programs in which case we may collect personal information such as your name, age, location, gender, weight and any other information necessary for the conduct of the program including but not limited to medical/health data.  

 

• You sign up for our mailing list in which case we collect your email address.  

 

We use information collected in and purely for; the purpose of conducting the program you have enrolled in besides using your email addess to send news and information about upcoming programs and courses and other information related to the theory and practice of Yoga. 

In addition to the specific situations discussed above, we may disclose personal information only with your consent or where required by law. 

We may change our privacy policy over time in consonance with any changes we may bring into our practice and website.
